Mission.

The mission of the NGO “SPIN Plus” is: “mobilization of the community
of drug users, people living with HIV,
tuberculosis and hepatitis “C” in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Promoting measures aimed at on the formation of a healthy lifestyle of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan. Measures aimed at improving

the quality of life of drug users, people living with HIV/AIDS,
hepatitis C, TB, STIs, taking into account gender characteristics, in order to promote their interests and rights.
Expanding them access to medical and social services.
Prevention of drug use and countering the spread of HIV/AIDS and other socially
significant infections among the population of the Republic of Tajikistan (youth).
Consolidation of efforts among partner organizations
and all interested structures in counteracting the spread of drug use
and improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups of the population.”
