About Us

SPIN Plus as a self-organization of people who use drugs and people living with HIV was formed from an initiative group of recovering drug addicts. In 2007, it was decided to create a self-organization of people who use drugs and live with HIV.

The driving force behind the initiative was the desire to help and develop services for people who use drugs.

Mission

The mission of SPIN Plus is: Promoting measures aimed at creating a healthy lifestyle for the population of the Republic of Tajikistan. Measures aimed at improving the quality of life of drug users, people living with HIV/AIDS, and hepatitis C. Protection of the rights and interests of drug users, people living with HIV/AIDS, and hepatitis C in the Republic of Tajikistan, in order to promote their interests and rights. Expanding their access to medical and social services.

The goal of SPIN Plus is to mobilize the community of drug addicts and people living with HIV in the Republic of Tajikistan.
